Work-Life Balance

Work-life balance. Having flexible work hours, keeping a healthy hobby, devoting time to family and friends and working out regularly - all of it considered part of a healthy lifestyle and a work-life balance as they put it.

Thinking of it once again, everything can simply be boiled down to one unit of measurement: Are you able to prioritize your activities in accordance with your long-term aspirations of an ideal life? If yes, it doesn't matter if you have to come to office at 8am on Mondays, or sit back on Friday nights to finish the extra assignments, or even if you work 12 hours five days a week. It's all about how you answer that simple question.
