A new perspective on success at sales

Sales Management. Coca-cola. MNC Experience. Loads of Money. Frequent Travelling... as if nothing more could be asked for.

On asking the instructor about the family life of people in sales, he replied: "My kids don't know me.. they only know what their mum told them about their father. I realized this now when I retired six months back." I reflected that was it afterall worthwhile spending a lifetime being a mercenary employee achieving the heights of material success while you're losing ground on your own life?

Frankly, I don't know. It might not be worthwhile for some, might be for others; but certainly for everyone to ponder.
